Ashley works in acrylics as both a studio painter and a live painter.

The live work takes place at concerts and festivals everywhere, and rides the sound current with vivid and energetic twists and turns of the brush stroke. The visual landscape unfolds along with the sonic experience, seamlessly harnessing the vibration into  a rich and resonant landscape before your very eyes. 

 

Her work in the studio tends to hint at allegory, hidden stories, mandalas, and ancient symbols. This work holds space for the viewer to dig deeper into the life experience, and to find the path to greater clarity and well being for all.
